The Bijou is a classic gin cocktail combining gin, sweet vermouth, Green Chartreuse and orange bitters. Here are two versions of the Bijou - the classic recipe and a Campari variation
Classic Bijou Cocktail
1 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Green chartreuse
2 Dashes orange bitters
Stir
Strain into Nick and Nora glass
Garnish lemon
Luxardo cherry
Bijou with Campari
1 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz Green chartreuse
1/4 oz Campari
Stir
Strain into Rocks glass w/ice
Garnish orange twist
